• Sourcing of materials from both overseas and local. • Price negotiation and reduction for direct and indirect materials. • Co-ordinate with QA, and Engineering departments for parts approval and vendor qualification. • Maintenance of vendors' masters. • Maintenance of item data in the system. • Maintenance and evaluation of suppliers' quotations. • Co-ordinate with end customers on their approved vendor's transfer. • Check and participate in vendor’s capacity planning. • Materials’ tooling ordering, planning, and control. • Assists and supervise subordinates in the execution of both long terms and daily activities. • To meet cost-saving program in terms of materials costing. • Undertake other relevant tasks as may be directed by the Superior from time to time

*Work under Global Supply Chain(GSC) Department for Flex Outsource Project. *To perform analysis activities before executing material transfer from Intel to Flex for tools integration purpose. *To perform ISM(Integrated Shipping Memo) activities and deal with warehouse to execute physical material transfer from Intel to Flex.

*Procurement & Logistics. *Familiar with MRO items(maintenance, repair and operation). *Skills in terms of sourcing, negotiation, material analysis, costing, PO management and communication. *Familiar with SAP System, MRO System, e-PR System, MS Office(Word, Advance Excel & Power Point). *Sourcing for potential supplier. *Request for quotation from supplier. *Perform price comparison and analyze on quotations received based on QCDS criteria. *Guide end user for PR preparation and issuance of PO through SAP system. *Monitor and follow up with supplier on goods delivery. *Perform other duties as required.
