Responsible for complex customer relationships. Ensure resolution of contract related problems and disputes, related to end of lease. Maintaining an awareness of customer decision and returns. Communicating problems/issues to customers and appropriate IBM contact points. Acting as the interface between customer and IBM. Make sure that the company issues the correct invoices. Preparing contracts and supplements, performing reconciliation in line with commitment periods and contract end. Participating in hiring, coaching the team, giving regular feedback to them based on their performance

Managing inflow of orders from various Market Units (working with orders to EMEA/LATAM regions). Verifying data and providing daily reports, also highlighting process failures to Customer Service Manager Updating systems to record order-tracking actions. Order processing and billing and also communicating details with customers and the Account Managers. Ensuring that all orders are closed after installation and providing process improvement inputs.

End-to-end responsibility of delivering multiple and complex infrastructure products and services - being the single point of contact for the end customer. Manage orders in BT workflow systems and ensure correct inventory is maintained. Resolving complex issues and escalations, also implementing resolutions within the team environment. Coordinate with virtual teams and suppliers, driving actions and implementation. Proactive jeopardy management of any blockers/issues to prevent the order moving to a completed status.
