• Provide on-site support, strategic problem-solving, and leadership training to collegiate chapters nationwide, focusing on recruitment, programming, financial management, and officer transitions. • Develop and implement chapter-specific action plans to improve operational efficiency and enhance member experience. • Promote organizational values and strengthen relationships between alumnae and collegiate members as a Phi Mu Fraternity ambassador. • Skills in adaptability, leadership training, conflict resolution, project management, and group facilitation.

Successful internship in Spring 2023 that was extended to the present. Completed a full recruitment cycle to successfully staff the park across 8 departments. Onboarded and co-led orientation for over 200 J-1 visa students, successfully processing foreign passports, I-94, and DS-2019 documents. With a team, processed over 9,000 park associates using I-9 documentation. Interviewed 150+ applicants on interview days, delegating tasks to efficiently work with the recruiting team and to create a positive interview experience.
