- Managed end-to-end KOL processes, starting from screening KOL data based on brand criteria to handling 50+ selected KOLs per week, out of approximately 500 weekly applicants in the nano and micro tiers. - Managed collaborations with 3+ merchants partnering with the brand, including campaign executions with Krispy Kreme, MGM iPhone, HokBen, Emados Shawarma, and Domino’s Pizza. - Developed KOL briefs, plotted campaign timelines, provided feedback during the content drafting stage, and sent posting reminders to ensure timely publication. Additionally, prepared daily reports and monitored campaign traffic performance.

- Conducting a comprehensive selection process for KOLs, including reviewing profiles, assessing brand suitability, and selecting 200++ KOLs each month from 1,000++ applicants. - Managing barter collaborations with KOLs, which includes communication, preparing briefs, coordinating product shipments, and monitoring content progress until completion. - Handling giveaway partnerships with other brands, from conceptual planning and technical communication to ensuring the execution runs smoothly and aligns with campaign objectives. - Preparing timelines and briefs for each campaign to ensure all KOLs understand their tasks and deadlines prior to content production. - Creating KOL performance reports and providing regular reminders to ensure all content is posted on schedule and meets Elsheskin’s standards.

- Writing articles focused on long-tail keywords to increase their visibility in search results, starting from keyword research. - Conducting topic research and analyzing search trends before writing to ensure the content remains relevant. -Producing three articles every day, including researching references, drafting the content, and adjusting the writing style to match the needs of the audience.

- Developed daily content plans that supported consistent social media posting and audience engagement. - Contributed as a talent and visual creator for promotional campaigns and social media content. - Captured and edited photo and video documentation for high-level events, used in official reports and press releases. - Edited videos using Adobe Premiere & CapCut to create impactful event highlights.
