I am a committed humanitarian and development professional with over 10 years of hands-on experience managing and coordinating complex, multi-sectoral projects across Afghanistan. My work has focused on emergency response, women’s economic empowerment, capacity building, and community resilience—especially in vulnerable and conflict-affected areas. I have successfully led projects funded by major international donors, including the United Nations (UN), European Union (EU), GIZ, AHF, USAID, and the World Bank, ensuring high-quality implementation, compliance, and impact. My core strengths include program design and implementation, team leadership, stakeholder coordination, donor reporting, and training delivery—both in-person and online. A strong advocate for gender equality, I’ve designed and managed women-led initiatives that promote self-reliance through agribusiness, MSME, and vocational training. I’m also passionate about sharing knowledge, and regularly facilitate training for grassroots entrepreneurs and project teams.
