I am currently working as a Product Engineer at Polar, where I support new product introductions and manufacturing readiness through effective engineering planning and change management. My responsibilities include: New Product Introduction (NPI) planning, ensuring smooth transition from development to mass production BOM creation and maintenance in SAP to support accurate production and material control Managing Engineering Change Notices (ECN) to ensure timely and controlled implementation of design and process changes Cross‑functional coordination with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams

Lead and coordinate NPI from initial BOM establishment to fabrication, product testing, packaging, and shipment, ensuring smooth handover to production.

Responsible in developing idea and designs into quality product. Produce documentation such as BOM, working manual and etc. Communicate with production line regarding product's process, manufacturing operating and quality issue. Debug and identified the root cause of rejected product.

Led full NPI implementation from BOM setup to fabrication, testing, packaging, shipment, and creation of product working instructions (PWI).

Supported engineering team with daily tasks and documentation (files, spreadsheets, reports) to reduce workload and improve focus on priority assignments.
