Responsible for running various skills classes, summer camp sessions, and team practices to improve player skills and tactical understanding in preparation for competitive gameplay.

Developing players' skills and mindset on the individual and team level in preparation for conference competitions. Connecting directly with the varsity players to provide them with feedback, support, and confidence. Collaborated closely with the rest of the coaching staff to build practice plans and ready team tactics for gameday. Advised on activities to foster team building, mindset practices, and college recruiting.

Bucknell University Hold university record and tied with the Patriot League record for assists in a single game (‘22) 2021 Patriot League Champions, first time in program history. Advanced to Elite Eight in NCAA.

As a level 1 teacher, I implemented Individualized Education Programs for twelve students. These student-specific programs included academic skills, social skills, and personal skills, all with the intention to promote independence in the students. I was trained in the Calm-P physical procedures, which also had student-specific guidelines. Additionally, I collected behavioral data, while working with the students, that would be used to revise and progress the students' programs.

My goal was to bring more women into our pool of hirees. I researched organizations that support women who need to enter the workforce and collaborated with the VP of Strategic Accounts to build a network between them and our clients looking to hire.
