Recruitment • Managed the end-to-end recruitment and selection process. Training and Development • Designed and facilitated various training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. • Independently managed the training program for two subsidiary company (Halcon Primo Logistics Pte Ltd and Vega Orient Line Pte Ltd) of around 120 employees. • Coordinated with internal staffs and external training providers for courses. Administration • Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of employee information and Organisation Management in SAP S/4Hana and P-File. • Manages the application, renewal, and cancellation of work permits for foreign workers. • Collaborate with insurers and manage the end-to-end insurance application process for 4 companies (Valle Verde Pte Ltd, Halcon Primo Logistics Pte Ltd, Vega Orient Line Pte Ltd and NSSMS). Regional Duties • Work in tandem with the finance department to manages payroll processing for subsidiary company in China (Halcon Supply Chain Management Co. Ltd.). • Manages the recruitment, employee’s engagement and insurance for subsidiary company in Malaysia (Halcon Primo Logistics (M) Sdn. Bhd. and Halcon Primo Solutions Sdn. Bhd.) Employees' Engagement • Administered the employee benefits program, which involved managing the enrolment process, communicating benefit information, and processing claims. • Developed and wrote engaging content for the company newsletter, soliciting feedback and input from employees to ensure its relevance and appeal.
