Since 2011 my career focuses on Specialty Coffee. Starting as Barista and learning every day more aspects of Coffee as Coffee Brewing, Coffee Roasting and Cupping. During the 2015 developing the new Specialty Coffee side of Café Mokka, training and teaching clients and customers, quality control of the coffees and coffee roasting. Nowadays I spent time as Head Roaster and QC at Toma Café (Madrid) and taking part in making a Barista Training program with different modules. I look forward to keep developing my career in coffee business and keep growing and learning on this field
