The best parts of my work always trace back to the same moment: getting people in the same room and watching them leave happier than when they arrived. I think in systems and timelines, but I really care about the people experiencing them. Through coordinating events and marketing that speak to people, I've found what makes me dance is bringing people together and building the communities and relationships that drive them. Currently doing a video series visiting 10 communities in 30 days to experience different groups, see why people keep returning, and figure out what the juice is behind each of them.
