A core team member within the Immunology & Cardiovascular department (ICV) responsible for designing and executing experiments, analyzing and drawing conclusions from multiple data sets, and using scientific findings to identify and profile multiple cell therapy and drug constructs Expertise and experience in multi-color flow Cytometry, CAR-T production, in vitro depletion assays, MSD assays, ELISA, T and B cell isolation from human PBMCs, and primary & secondary cell culture

Frelinger Laboratory Managed equipment, collected and organized data, and handled laboratory mice for project experimentation. Performed a multitude of diverse biological assays, and handled multiple laboratory duties including cell transfections, mammalian cell culture, and other assays, while also delivering weekly laboratory meetings.

Was responsible for creating and implementing workouts for a large swim team both in and out of the pool. Supervised, organized, and lead the swim team during all practices and competitions. Maintained a safe pool environment for all the swim team members during practices and competitions.

Oversaw the safety of club members both in and out of the pool. Maintained the cleanliness and access of all club facilities
