I am a motivated and dedicated IT student with a strong interest in technical support and healthcare technology systems. I have developed skills in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, networking , and cybersecurity practices such as multi-factor authentication.I am more passionate about ensuring reliable and secure IT systems, especially in healthcare environments where protection of data is essential and critical. I mostly enjoy solving problems related to IT and helping users and dedicated to learning new technologies.I am looking currently looking forward to the opportunity as an IT Support Technician where I can apply my skills and grow professionally while contributing to efficient and secure IT operations and services.
