• Develop and Oversee performance dashboards to ensure data accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives, enabling data-driven narratives for C-level presentations.. • Lead country weekly business review and present Key Performance Indicators (Sell-In, Sell-Out, Profit, Market Share, etc.) to LAN Regional Directors. • Act as a strategic liaison across cross-functional teams, capturing business requirements to establish action plans and support Country Manager decision-making. • Lead long-term business forecasting, aligning financial and operational planning to support sustainable growth.

• Lead strategic alignment meetings between the Sales and Supply Chain areas for the correct functioning of the S&OP process. • Control and review demand forecast by channel and by SKU on a monthly and quarterly basis. • Ensure with the manufacturing plant the availability of supplies for demand projection and monitor WMAPE indicators.

• Support the Country Marketing Manager and provide global results per campaign to Central Corporative Headquarter in Colombia. •Control the evolution of Total Country Gross Sales and analyze indicators: KPI´S, Profit Margins y Top Products. •Create reports of strategic analysis of all category lines, regarding their stated goals: Clothing, Home, Fragrances, Jewelry and Associated Brands (Loreal, Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, Nestle, Recamier, Grupo Familia and Havaianas). •Monitoring the annual Marketing Budget and guarding its execution. • Lead the Global Process for Uploading Country Estimates for each Campaign.

•Support the Regional Trade Marketing Manager of all Europe in the implementation and development of min. net prices policy. •Produce reports to analyse the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions (via reports, etc.). •Monitor and evaluate Min net price policy effectiveness. •Define and create reports to help the Regional Trade Marketing Manager of all Europe to follow-up results per market and channel. •Elaborate pricing reports and provide analysis of the commercial situation. •Track suspicious customers and its potential implication for the PRO business. •Monthly tracking of pricing strategy performance per market.

•Assist the Financial and General Manager of the company. •Prepare and analyze financial ratios. •Verify Gross Sales and Profit Margins. •Supervise the sales and commercial area •Monitor the personal, make total inspections of the stores. •Support the Head of Marketing area in different activities like: preparing strategies to improve sales,organize corporate events and elaborate marketing promotions.

•Responsible of the billing process of all international and national hotel reservations. •Supervise and control the functions of the delivery person. •Respond to incoming telephone calls from clients to attend complaints and questions they had, providing solutions and answers. •Greet and Welcome travel agencies clients and discuss administrative and accounting issues. •Assist in credit and collections functions. •Bank and credit card reconciliation, notify customers of delinquent accounts by telephone or email and analyze accounts receivable. •Work with spreadsheets and sales ledgers, control credit and chasing debt. •Process documents like invoices, credit notes and debit notes. •Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.

•Assist the Minister of Finance of Jordan and his delegation during their stay in Peru and their participation in the Annual Meeting 2015 Lima- Peru. •Organize their schedules, transportation and security team. •Perform as an interpreter with other guests who attended the event. •Other administrative tasks required by the Minister.
