I co-led teams of high school students on community service, Spanish immersion programs in Latin America during the summer. This included managing the overall travel schedule, student and host family relationships, village service projects, travel logistics, and the program budget. I also produced and maintained the multimedia blogs, photos, and video content for each trip.

As a high school Spanish language and culture teacher, I taught high school Spanish grades 9-12 utilizing blended-learning and innovative classroom practices, including the flipped classroom, and social media based interactive technology projects. I was also an academic advisor to 9th grade girls. After school, I coached all three academic seasons as the head JV coach for girls’ soccer, basketball, lacrosse and tennis teams and was the assistant Varsity Coach for girls’ basketball and lacrosse teams. At Hebron Academy, I was a residential faculty member and oversaw dorm life for female dorm. At St. Luke’s, I coordinated World Language Week exploring culture through language and art and was the faculty advisor to the Jewish Affinity Student Organization and Spanish Speaker’s Association.

* Facilitated all-campus violence prevention programing for students, faculty, and staff throughout the year. * Coordinated and supported special events including the Fall Open House, Homecoming Alumni Open House, Take Back the Night, Student Anti-Violence Advocacy training, and the PWC 40th Anniversary Gala. * Staff advisor to the only all-male anti-violence peer advocacy and education group, facilitating conversations about gender inequity and rape culture on college campuses. * Supported on-campus student life events and programs, including Penn Reads Project, NSO, and Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies 40th Anniversary Conference. * Collaborated with Penn Abroad on informational workshops for undergraduate women studying abroad. * Contributed to social media and communications content development.

* Advocated for and supported the education of women on behalf of the country’s premier women’s college. * Represented the college at high school college fairs and selective college admissions panels throughout the country with emphasis on the Southwestern United States. * Coordinated all campus visit programs and budgets for prospective first-year student across the college, including the fall overnight program for 350 female high school seniors and their parents and spring preview weekends for juniors. * Primary Reader and Admissions Committee Team Coordinator for 900 first year applications using Nolij and Banner. * Redesigned and implemented the online admissions visitor calendar.

Reading and evaluating MBA degree candidates for admission to the Wharton School.

* Manage strategic development and coordination of programs and initiatives for the Center for the Arts and Humanities, operational budgets, and outreach including an annual Mellon Post-Doctoral Fellow in the Humanities search and administering grant programs for faculty and student funding in excess of $175,000 annually. * Organize major symposia and speaker series, campus reading groups, faculty curricular development grants and research grants, co-curricular student programs, the Center steering committee and student advisory board, and maintain an active archive of all materials, reports, and budgets. * Hire and supervise 12 student workers. * Serve on the College budget committee, Internship Working Group, the Sexual Misconduct Prevention Advisory Committee, and act as pre-major academic advisor. * Deputy Title IX Coordinator * Chair, Haverford College Staff Association

* Create and implement campus-wide, holistic wellness promotion practices to support overall student well-being and personal development. * Advise, train, and support student organizations in positive mental health, sexual health peer education, and nutrition and fitness. * Strategic planning of and goal setting for measurable objectives for health and wellness promotion programs and services. * Collaborate with key stakeholders on and off campus to develop a comprehensive, multidisciplinary program for the well-being of students' body, mind and spirit. * Incorporate diversity, inclusion, and social justice concepts and principles into health promotion services. * Create and support the development of new Fitness and Wellness Center in collaboration with the Athletic Department. * Participate in research, professional writing, publications, and presentations.
