• Mediated between Israeli business owners for the trade and development council regarding trade fairs • Compiled excel sheets and database systems for various trade fairs in Hong Kong • Conducted research in order to instil ties with Israeli companies potentially interested in upcoming trade fairs • Calculated data in order to create reports for analytics, KPI’s and updating records • Promoted various special offers from HKTDC, such as flights and hotels for the applicable visitors

Led initiatives to help raise money, for an example, produced content for DoGood to enter WeWork’s ‘Creator’s Award’

• Created a system for the graphics department to implement a standardised workflow with all other departments. This allowed for a more efficient system, optimising the request system between them and content teams, increasing synergy • I conducted trainings for new employees of the channel (not only the graphics department), on how to co operate with the graphics department • Optimised communication channels by implementing platforms such as Slack • Co-managed a team of 5 in-house graphic designers who were responsible for all visual elements of the channel • Coordinated the preparation of special graphics for media events such as the olympics, elections for French as well as Arabic and English speaking (particularly the United States) market. • Optimised department archives for more efficient retrieval of photos, especially for recurring themes or guests • Prepared Sharepoint forms • Worked directly with management teams of all departments for implementing new TV grids

• Executed a benchmark analysis on other watch companies participating in Watches & Wonders Haute Horlogerie exhibition in Hong Kong and their marketing efforts before during and after the event– Online & Offline • Assisted on booth during the event with the press, special guests and photo shoots • Presented a social media plan for the three months to come, including various social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, SinaWeibo
