Initial Public Offerings • Represented the sponsor for the listing of Tailam Tech Construction Holdings Limited (stock code:6193) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, which manufactures and sells PHC piles and commercial concrete in the PRC; • Represented the sponsor for the listing of Kimou Environmental Holding Limited (stock code:6805) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, which develops and operates large-scale industrial parks for the electroplating industry in the PRC; • Represented the issuer for the listing of Platt Nera International Limited (stock code:1949) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, which is an IT solution provider based in Thailand; - Conducting due diligence; - Drafting the prospectuses and submission pack documents; - Preparing verification of prospectuses; - Drafting replies to the queries from the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the Securities and Futures Commission; and - Preparing and drafting the documents for closing

Litigation Department • Matrimonial and Family Law - conducting contentious or non-contentious divorce cases; and - drafting the court documents (such as Petition, Form E and Form J) and the hearing bundles for various cases. • Other Areas - drafting correspondence, legal advice and court documents in the areas of personal injury, bankruptcy, winding up, employment, civil litigation and criminal litigation. Corporate and Commercial Department • Initial Public Offerings - preparing verification of the prospectus; - attending printer sessions, conferences with other working parties and directors’ training; and - attending the due diligence interviews. • Drafting and / or reviewing circulars of companies listed in the Main Board of the Stock Exchange; and • Drafting and / or reviewing and / or translating commercial agreements (such as terms and conditions of beauty services and guarantees) and board resolutions.

• Attended the court hearing, assisted duty lawyers in trial and observed the Court Liaison Officers to take instructions and duty lawyers to give advice.
