Work directly with the CEO and management team to drive transformation initiatives to improve scalability and strengthen operational competencies. Advising the Board of Trustees and the CEO of the Foundation on organisational wide strategic matters. Personally mentoring selected members of the leadership team in the Foundation.

Led a dynamic charitable foundation that sets out to raise an exemplary next generation and strengthening families in Malaysia. The organisation received EUROPA Sustainability Award in 2012 from EU-Malaysia Chamber of Commerce and Industry in recognition of being met high standard of excellence in Welfare Program. It also has strategic partnerships with Prudence Foundation, Microsoft, Google and Hong Leong Foundation. Co-created social innovations towards community transformation for urban poor through public-private partnerships. Built a team of young, professional and dynamic staff team and about 500 volunteer force to achieve the vision.

Managed strategic affairs of the company to maximize shareholders' value as part of the Top Management Team. Sustained a dynamic workplace and culture to attract top talents in the industry. Focus in challenging the traditional boundaries of telco business, looking into leveraging core competencies to break into new revenue streams. Anchoring corporate strategy for the company to ensure that long term vision is achieved while performing at its best in the short-term.

Exploring financial services as a new business avenue for the company. Setup a team with vastly different experiences and backgrounds to unleash innovation across industry. Developed strategy and execution plan for a telco company to look into financial services as a viable extension to its business.

Established and implemented non-voice strategy to drive incremental ARPU for postpaid and prepaid customers, design and drive to create new business models and non-traditional partnerships.

Responsible for growth in market share and revenues of the Postpaid consumer segment in the Thai market. Developed pricing strategy and designed packages across different segments including managing customer life cycle.

Screened for suitable Mergers and Acquisition opportunities for the company to achieve exponential growth in the long run. Acquired Optus, the second largest telco in Australia, which contributes over 50% of Singtel's revenue today. Managed strategic investments overseas for the company.
