Noel thought final destination is to be wealthy (an investor like "Wolf of Wall Street"). Little did he know that life is nothing close to a movie fantasy and unprincipled competition in the world demotivated him many times. He strongly believed that world should be better than what he is experiencing and there should be several like minded thinkers out there those aspiring to learn from each other to enhance better life experience. He kept an open mind while gauging right character people associated with various entrepreneurial venture. Goal was never to jump the ships for success but to build a sustainable wealth generation system.
