Noel Palomino de la Torre

Originally from Guadalajara, Jalisco, I am a student at the University of Pennsylvania, double majoring in Mathematics and Visual Studies. My academic journey combines analytical rigor with creative exploration, allowing me to approach challenges with a multifaceted perspective. My experience includes a visual studies research internship, photography for a student-run fashion magazine, and managing social media for Mex@Penn, our Mexican student association. These roles have honed my skills in logical reasoning, creativity, and strategic communication. I aspire to become an art director or work in a field that bridges art and mathematics, using mathematical models to inform decision-making and incorporating a social justice perspective. I am passionate about leveraging my interdisciplinary background to contribute meaningfully to the intersection of art, mathematics, and social impact.
