As a member of environmental containers senior management team my role is to assist in defining clear strategic plans, lead change and deliver sustained growth and profitability in our key market sectors in UK, ROI, EMEA and emerging global markets. As Technical Director I manage the technical and R&D functions within the business supporting the commercial, operations, marketing and finance teams in the development and realisation of world leading products that embody the attributes of quality, technical excellence and value that are synonymous with the Kingspan brand. Ensuring that our products and processes are not only compliant but exceed all national and international regulations and standards.

As a board member and shareholder my role is to support the CEO and fellow directors in the development, preparation and implementation of the company’s strategic plans to deliver growth and profitability in UK, EMEA and USA. As Technical Director I have managed and developed the R&D, Manufacturing engineering, Marketing, Quality Management and Regulatory Affairs functions within the business. Identifying unique and valuable customer insights, applying creative thinking, technology and research drive Innovation and deliver unique commercially successful solutions for children with special needs.

The Design Factor is a product and graphic design agency with a broad client list. As senior product designer I managed projects, budgets, resources, communications and client liaison. I worked on projects from concept through to production implementation and gained extensive engineering and manufacturing experience developing low and high volume products for B2B and B2C channels.

Supporting Civil engineers, setting out building layout and construction requirements on site. Worked in London, Edinburgh and Barcelona.
