Noel Boyer

Since 2005, I have proudly led All About Trees, a Tree Guardians partner, leveraging nearly three decades of expertise in arboriculture. As an ISA Certified Arborist since 1998 and a Board Certified Master Arborist since 2007, my passion for tree care drives every project I undertake. I also hold a BS in Psychology, cum laude, from Missouri State University, which enhances my approach to client relationships and team dynamics. My credentials include: Missouri Commercial Applicator Certification (C23480) TCIA Certified Treecare Safety Professional since 2012 A competitive spirit fuels my accomplishments, including being the ISA Midwestern Chapter Tree Climbing Champion seven times (1998, 2002-2004, 2006, 2008, and 2014). As a dedicated advocate for the tree care industry, I currently serve as Vice Chair of the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) and will step up as Chair in February 2025. TCIA is the national trade association for tree care companies and their suppliers, with almost 2,000 member companies. My past contributions include roles on the ISA Midwestern Chapter Board, the Tree City USA Committee, the Missouri Community Forest Council, and the Ozarks Technical Community College Advisory Committee. As an educator, I have had the privilege of teaching classes on tree care safety, climbing, rigging, and proper pruning techniques.
