Mes missions dans cette entreprise en création sont multiples. Je suis responsable de la partie hébergement qui consiste à mettre en place avant la saison le fonctionnement interne de l'accueil, gestion d'équipes et des stocks et recettes cuisine. Je participe également au suivi des différentes étapes de création du Domaine et de la distillerie. En parallèles je participe au lancement de la communication marketing pour la première saison qui ouvre le 21 mars.

j'étais responsable tant du bon déroulement de l'expérience de nos clients de la réservation jusqu'a leur départ de notre écolodge avec notamment la préparation et le service des diners sous forme de Shokados & Bento autant que du bon entretien des lieux ainsi que de la communication instagram.

For this internship, I was looking for an opportunity in another country, especially to improve my English and to discover a different job in the hotel industry. This five star hotel is located in Queenstown in the southern part of New-Zealand. This internship as taught me so many things about the hotel industry job and it taught me so many things about life. Work in this company as taught me so many things, my duties were to help the front desk team, handling check-ins and check outs, assist the guests with their lugage, managing the booking for the different activities around the hotel, making sure that every guest was happy in our hotel, deliver the amenities in the room for the special guest. The Hotel St Moritz Queenstown was however very different from the places I had worked before, especially because it was in another country with a different culture. so far, it is probably the best experience of my life and leaving this country make me so sad but I will come back in New-Zealand for sure. Adjacent to the Submit Ben Lodmond one the most hard trail in new-zealand and overlooking the lake Wakatipu the Hotel St Moritz is ideally located in Queenstown.

J'ai apprécié l'exigence du service et le travail d'équipe et je tenais à remercier Frank Garcia, Savanah Rodrigues, Bruno Calabro pour avoir partagé leur passion et Andréa Ters, directrice de la restauration pour avoir partagé avec moi la rigueur et l'exigence quotidienne indispensable d'un 5 étoiles. I had the pleasure to work in the catering services of the prestigious Sofitel Vieux-Port de Marseille from January 2 to February 26, 2023. I appreciated the high standards of service and teamwork and I wanted to thank Frank Garcia , Savanah Rodrigues, Bruno Calabro for having shared their passion and Andréa Ters, Director of Catering for having shared with me the rigor and the essential daily requirements of a 5-star hotel.

L'hôtel, restaurant et spa A Piattatella est une entreprise familiale de 22 personnes réputée pour la qualité de ses prestations et l'excellence de sa relation client (n° 1 sur tripadvisor en Corse depuis bientôt 10 ans). L'hôtel A Piattatella surplombe la chaine de montagne de Haute-Corse tout en se logeant harmonieusement au cœur du maquis Corse. À la fois exigeant dans ses prestations et convivial dans son accueil, l'hôtel À Piattatella m'a permis de découvrir le travail de réceptionniste, de barman et de restauration dans un poste en polyvalence. Après un temps passé en salle, j'ai pu accompagner le chef en tant que second dans la préparation des plats. Cela m'a permis de découvrir le rythme soutenu, le travail d'équipe et l'importance d'une bonne relation Salle/Cuisine. Je remercie vivement toute l'équipe de l'hôtel pour leur accueil et plus particulièrement la propriétaire Valérie et le chef Yacine qui m'ont donné toute leur confiance et m'ont permis de progresser. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour y séjourner ou y travailler dans un cadre et une ambiance exceptionnels. The hotel, restaurant and spa A Piattatella is a family business of 22 people renowned for the quality of its services and the excellence of its customer relations (No. 1 on tripadvisor in Corsica for almost 10 years). The hotel A Piattatella overlooks the mountain range of Haute-Corse while fitting harmoniously in the heart of the Corsican maquis. Both demanding in its services and friendly in its welcome, the hotel À Piattatella allowed me to discover the work of receptionist, bartender and catering in a versatile position. After a time spent in the dining room, I was able to accompany the chef as a second in the preparation of the dishes. This allowed me to discover the fast pace, teamwork and the importance of a good room/kitchen relationship.

Formation à la communication Instagram 1 month training course at the ecolodge Le Bruit de l'Eau. I focused on Gardening, Hospitality Managment and Social Media.

Stage de plongée, Obtention du niveau Padi Open Water. This training was an opportunity for me to push my limits and discover the underwater world with a great teacher. I thanks Padi's team for their professionalism and sens of sharing their passion.

Voyage humanitaire pour former les enfants Masaï au Football. Kilima camp gave me the opportunity to discover another culture and other ways of seeing the world. By helping young Masai I also discovered my desire to develop a useful project for others.
