About

I am a passionate professional with 20+ years of experience driving social and economic transformations in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Kyrgyz Republic. My expertise lies in the design, implementation, and management of technical assistance programs across labor migration, countering trafficking in persons, GBV, CVE/PVE, child protection, education, PR/communications and women empowerment with US State Department, ADB, IOM, UNDP, OSCE, EU, GIZ, SDC, ICMPD, World Bank, UNICEF and private sector (CIPE, TBC Bank, RSM, X-Media). I have effectively managed a project portfolio budget of $15+mln, including overseeing the successful allocation of sub-grants to local CSOs for community development initiatives. My commitment to human rights advocacy and community empowerment has garnered prestigious honors, including the President Mirziyoyev Award for the promotion and protection of human rights in Uzbekistan (2022) and the "Gold" Award for the Best Social Project at the Tashkent Advertising Festival (2021).I am passionate about women empowerment and have founded "7 steps.uz," a soft skills training course for girls’ empowerment. I run Bir KUN Podcast on Instagram and YouTube to promote female role models and social changes, which earned me "The Best in Media" award from Kursiv magazine. Additionally, I actively mentor participants in international and corporate girls/women leadership programs. I also help women-leaders to amplify their voices through social media. My involvement in academia, as a former Student Teacher at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, and as a sought-after keynote speaker and facilitator at international events hosted by Washington University, USG, UN Agencies, and NGOs, has shaped my multifaceted approach to driving sustainable change. As a proud member of the Freedom Collaborative Advisory Community, I am dedicated to fostering collaboration and driving sustainable change in the realm of human rights and social impact.
