𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the business units in the Northern and Southeast regions; including networking, interviewing, reference check, hiring proposals, employee onboarding, handing new hire documentation and exit interview - Be in charge of recruiting senior to mid-level management roles such as: RBO, CBO, CSO, Teller, Head of Sale Department, ... - Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HRBP to identify headcount and develop sourcing plans - Manage and optimize internal and external job advertisements across multiple channels, including the company’s career site, online recruitment jobsites (Vietnamworks, TOPCV, CareerViet, Vieclam24h,...) and offline sourcing methods - Implement and manage the storage of recruitment documents, records, and materials 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗘𝗕) - Collaborate with Marketing Department to build and develop employer branding strategies targeting Gen Z and salesforce candidates - Build and manage content from scratch across key online platforms including Website, Facebook and LinkedIn - Organize internal events such as: Referral Campaign, On-site Interview Day,... - Collaborate with Universities to organize on-campus interviews for final-year students and fresh graduates: UEH, UFM, OU, NTTU,... - Worked with jobsite vendors to purchase recruitment service packages, negotiate contracts and optimize candidate sourcing channels

- Engaged in all activities of TA Department, from full circle recruitment, employee branding, campus recruitment; - Support full circle recruitment for Head Office such as: Consumer Banking Division, Operations Division, Finance Division, Human Resources Division, etc; - Be in charge of recruiting for the following positions: Direct Sales, Telesales, Customer Service, Bancassurance; - Implement the digital communication and generate job postings to attract talents; - Take part in TA projects: The Next Banker, ACB Experience, Jobs Fair, etc; - Member of The Next Banker Unit: Manage end-to-end process of campus recruitment, from screening to onboarding; - Support other HR Admin process for new employees.

- Be in charge of the recruitment process for Store Staff position: sourcing – screening - calling - interviewing – following - onboarding; - Be in charge of the recruitment process for New Store: make a plan, follow up and recruit; - Lead team of 5 TA Part-time to recruit for New Store; - Work closely with Operation Department to receive recruitment requests; - Create content, design images and post job ads on Facebook, TopCV, Ybox; ... - Organize and prepare for the Job Fair in Apr 2022; - Make recruitment reports. Achievement: - Reviewed more than 1200 CVs, recruited 560 candidates.
