Project: MC-5 Salalah Airport, Salalah, Sultanate of Oman Client: Public Authority for Civil Aviation, Oman (PACA) Consultant: HILL International (PM) Execution of entire structures & finishes up to handed over for 05 no’s Utility Buildings consisting of Chiller plant, Generator Plant, Pump House, Primary Substation & Deportee Departure Facility; Furthermore extra responsibilities for execution of finishes up to Handed over of 12 no’s Sub-Stations, 2,500 no’s different types of Service Manholes & Installation of 75 no’s (Big & Small) Road Signage in our honored Airport Project. Entire executed area Consist of different types of high level finishes. This glamorous project successfully handed over to client PACA - Oman timely on 19 Jun 2015, along with approval of ROP, delivering with all desires & satisfaction of client. Project: Mixed use Development at Al Khuwair, Sultanate of Oman Client: STS Group - Macki Group Consultant: Quad Design (PM) Execution of entire structures & finishes up to handed over for 03 Buildings with 04 Storied (01 no Commercial + 2 no’s Residential) with total area around 30,000 Sq. mtr including Service Substation, Guard House, Compound wall, Service Road along with inside Soft & Hard Landscaping. Entire executed area consists of different types of top level finishes. This esteemed Project handed over to client STS timely, along with approval of ROP, delivering with all requirements & satisfaction of client. Project: Barr Al Jissah Residences Phase - 11 Client: Zubair Corporation LLC Consultant: Turner International (PM) & Atkins International (CSC) Execution of entire structures & finishes up to handed over for Commercial Souk Shopping Complex & 2 Storied Residential Development A (Up & Down) consisting of 27 Villas including External Pump Room, Substation, Compound wall, Service Road along with inside Soft & Hard Landscaping. Entire executed area consists of different types of excellent finishes. This renowned project was handed over to client Zubair Corporation, timely, along with approval of ROP, delivering with all necessity & satisfaction of client. This success was achieved by close monitoring of day to day activities with maintaining High standard of safety and quality and coordination with Internal Design, Quality, MEP, T&C and specialized vendors along with Proper dealings with client & consultant.

Project: Construction of Villa No.1 for His Majesty Sultan Qaboos (Sultanate of Oman) Client: Royal Court Affairs (RCA) Execution of entire structures & finishes up to handed over for Villas Zone 3 & 4 including external Gazebos, Substation, Water Tank, Compound wall, Service Road and inside Soft & Hard Landscaping. Entire executed area consists of very high level finishes. This honored project handed over to client RCA timely, along with approval of ROP, delivering with all requisite & satisfaction of client. Project: Oberoi Mall at Goregaon, Mumbai Client: Oberoi Group Consultant: M/S Bentel & Associates (PM) Execution of entire structures & Finishes up to handed over for 51,250 Sq mtr Shopping Mall-cum Commercial Complex with 2 tier Basement + Ground + 3 Floors. I took care of the execution of Basement Levels. During construction, maintained a high rate of progress using Doka table formworks. Site execution was monitored by day to day activities through sequence planning along with maintaining High Standard of safety and quality with coordination of Design, MEP and proper dealings with client & consultant.

Project: Kandivali Twin Tower, Mumbai Client: Oberoi Group Execution of entire structures & finishes unto handed over for 22 Storied Tower with Car parking podiums with area of 1,750 sqm up to first floor using Doka formworks and remaining floors completed using Mivan formworks. I took care of the execution of one Tower & additional responsibility of reinforcement work for both the towers. It was a fast track project to ultimate uses of Mivan Formworks. Site execution was monitored by day to day activities through sequence planning along with maintaining High Standard of safety and quality with coordination of Design, MEP and proper dealings with client & consultant.

Project : Bharat Hotels Ltd at Andheri, Mumbai Client: Lalit Suri Hospitality Group Consultant: Gherzi Consulting Engineers Pvt Ltd (PM) Execution of entire structures & finishes up to handed over for 420 Guest rooms 5-Star Hotel, 02 Basement + 9 floors along with one 3 storied Commercial Building, Compound wall, Service Road and inside soft & hard landscaping. I took care of the execution from the 6th floor to roof level. Entire executed area consists of different types of high level finishes. This eminent Project Handed over to client Lalit Suri Hospitality Group timely, along with approval of Maharashtra Civil Defence with all needs & satisfaction to the client. This Success was achieved by close monitoring of day to day activities with maintaining High standard of safety and quality and coordination with Internal Design, Quality, MEP, T&C and specialized vendors along with proper dealings with client & consultant.

Project: Haldia Petrochemical Ltd, Haldia, West Bengal Client: Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd (HPCL) Execution of Precast Piling 1750 no’s and Structures for Boiler and Auxiliary Building with masonry and rendering finishes. I took care of the execution of 02 Zones. Project: 2x630 MW Godavari Gas Power Plant at Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh Client: Spectrum Power Generation Limited Execution of Bore Piling 2,500 no’s and structure of Steam turbine and Electrical Annex Building with masonry and rendering finishes. I took care of the execution of Steam Turbine & Electrical Annexure Buildings. During construction accelerated progress was maintained with monitoring of day to day activities through sequence planning along with maintaining High Standard of safety and quality with coordination of Design, MEP and proper dealings with client & consultant.

Project: Pacific Cotspin Ltd. Client: Mehra Group of Industries Execution of Driven Piling 550 no’s, Along with Pile Caps, Stub Columns & Plinth Beams Structures up to Ground Level. I took care of the execution of 02 Zones. During construction, maintained swift progress with monitoring of day to day activities through sequence planning along with maintaining High Standard of safety and quality with coordination of Design, MEP and proper dealings with client & consultant.

Project: Apollo Hospital Building, Salt Lake, West Bengal Client: Apollo Hospitality Group Execution of Driven Piling 750 no’s, Along with Pile Caps, Stub Columns & Plinth Beams Structures up to Ground level. I took care of the execution of 02 Zones. During construction, maintained speedy progress with monitoring of day to day activities through sequence planning along with maintaining High Standard of safety and quality with coordination of Design, MEP and proper dealings with client & consultant.

Project: Vesuvius Refractories India Ltd, Taratala, West Bengal, Client: Vesuvius (I) Ltd. Execution of entire structures & finishes up to Handed over for Total Factory Building along with 950 no’s Bore Piling, External Guard House, Compound Wall, Service Roads and inside Soft & Hard Landscaping. I took care of the execution of 02 Zones. Entire executed area consists of different types of High Standard Architectural & industrial finishes. This leading project was handed over to client Vesuvius (I) Ltd timely, along with approval of West Bengal Civil Defence and with all requirements & satisfaction to client. Project: 3x610 MW Bakreswar Thermal Power Plant, West Bengal Client: West Bengal Power Development Corporation Ltd (WBPDCL) Consultant: Development Consultants Pvt Ltd (DCPL) Execution of Structures for Boiler and ESP Foundations for units including grounding mat & Backfilling works unto Ground level. I took care of the execution of 02 Zones. During construction, maintained fast progress with monitoring of day to day activities through sequence planning along with maintaining High Standard safety and quality with coordination of Design, MEP and proper dealings with client & consultant.
