Responsibilities include managing Global Accounts as a single point of contact for escalation and resolution including day to day management of internal network and ensuring smooth hassle-free logstics flow to suppliers/customers both at HQ and regional and local level. Scope of operations includes Airfreight, Sea freight, Road and Rail and Warehousing/Contract Logistics across multi site locations globally from Supplier-Factory-Distribution Sites-End customer. Negotiating and working with a range of carriers to ensure best service, space protection and cost management for my customers.

Geodis Control Tower - Global Accounts Coverage of complete End-End supply chain solutions, fulfilling customer requirements whilst managing budget through multi-modal logistics solutions to include Air/Sea/Road/Rail across Export, Import & Cross trade shipments.

Working for both the Geodis Calberson and Geodis Wilson businesses (Part of the SNCF group) throughout the UK and Melbourne Australia, I am developing and gaining further experience in all aspects of multi-modal and supply chain logistics. Some ofthe Geodis Calberson and Geodis Wilson business units I have worked within include: Fortec (Pallet Network Operations) - Watford Gap DRS, Direct Road Services specialising in full loads within Europe - High Wycombe HQ Geodis Network (Mainly groupage), I was involved in setting up and managing the south coast/channel island network operations - High Wycombe HQ Geodis Wilson - Air and Sea Freight forwarding/consolidations, including customs brokerage - Based in the UK & Australia to date. I have worked with some the the largest key accounts within the UK and Australia offering them bespoke tailored services through the Geodis control tower and reporting functions and I'm fortunate to be currently gaining experience working in the Geodis Wilson Melbourne Branch in Australia, gaining a valuable insight into the business around the globe. To date, this has enabled me to gain a valuable insight into many different areas of the business and also more importantly a overview of logistics on a global scale to help better facilitate customers and meet and exceed their expectations.

Working throughout the UK & Europe Specialising in Refrigerated Road transport and storage - FMCGs Transport/Storage to include Temperature Sensitive, Perishables, Fragile goods Growing up I gained experience and responsibility in essentially all areas within the business from Warehouse loading and storage to the Cab driving to local and major distribution customer sites to Office learning and qualifying as an international Transport Manager.
