Support the company by conducting a study and data analysis to promote cost cutting strategies, improving processes and forecast sales and demands.

* Lead to provide the organization with analytics solutions to optimize business processes. Specifically: * Provide support to ensure that data collected are at high quality for consumption. * Identify patterns and trends from the data lake using statistical models and machine learning algorithms to detect data anomalies and to produce actionable insights. * Develop useful business intelligence tools and reports to aid the organization and client on understanding the data * Help clients ask right questions and device a plan and/or solutions through descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics.

Support the M&E Officer on data collection, analysis and tracking of several projects' progress e.g. nutrition, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WaSH) and Child Protection project as response to typhoon BOPHA.

Oversee the overall Monitoring and Evaluation activities of the project. Developed M&E tools and project templates. Conducted baseline-endline study to measure project's impact to the community, developed complaint mechanism as part of organization's accountability measures. Conducted Post-Distribution Monitoring (PDM) to measure beneficiaries' satisfaction to project's main activities like the distribution of materials , then perception regarding quality and quantity of materials including the usefulness of these materials. * Ensures that all project deliverables are well accomplish in accordance to the means of verification prescribed by the donor with respect and sensitivity to the beneficiaries. * Specifically: * Design monitoring and evaluation system to see project progress. It involves designing data collection method per project performance indicators, monitoring or data collection tool development, designing and maintaining database (MS EXCEL), support project in designing reporting template to communicate results. * Facilitate the implementation of the M&E system including collection of required data through survey, FGD or interviews, analyses of the data and an efficient and effective presentation of results and recommendations. * Contribute to project's evaluation, reviews and project knowledge production for informed decision making. * Undertake field visits to monitor the implementation of activities. * Provide training to the programme's project/government staff on the development/management of effective M&E systems. * Lead in scheduled data collections such as sampling survey.
