* Lead and coordinate Blue Team and Red Team operations across the Head Office and Managed Service units for clients including hospitals, private enterprises, and government agencies in East Java. * Manage end-to-end security processes, from planning to technical field execution. * Oversee SOC/NOC Managed Service operations and conduct regular Network and Security Assessments. * Execute Penetration Testing across Web, API, Cloud, and Network infrastructures to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities. * Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of security appliances including Firewalls (Sophos, Fortinet), SIEM systems (Wazuh, QRadar), and EDR platforms (Sangfor, QRadar EDR). * Direct and execute incident response protocols to contain, analyze, and mitigate security breaches across internal and client infrastructures. * Conduct technical oversight of client infrastructure security posture to ensure optimal digital asset protection.

-Assisting the police to solve criminal cases related to information technology, cyber security, hacking as senior advisor and educating police officers to be more aware about cyber security. -Experience in handling sensitive data and information from public and government sector -Blue Team - SOC - SIEM - Familiar with IBM QRadar -OSINT - Suspect Identification and Tracking

-Website application penetration tester (Whitebox) -Smart Contract Audit and Security (BSC & ETH Network) -working part time on crypto token project as security engineer and also indonesia community manager experience with auditing smart contract on BSC and ETH network
