ESG Transformation Lead & BPR Project Manager @ Varroc

About

I build bridges: between people, ideas, and worlds that don’t always speak the same language. I’ve spent the last few years working across sustainability and the arts, navigating everything from ESG frameworks and policy design to managing full-scale theatre festivals with dozens of people, tight budgets, and a lot of creative energy. At Varroc Engineering, I lead ESG and CSR initiatives across 39 manufacturing plants. After hours, I manage the Dastak Theatre Festival (among other theatre projects), where I juggle scripts, schedules, personalities, and production logistics—sometimes managing ten plays at once. The two fields constantly inform each other: storytelling, empathy, and scrappiness from theatre make me better at ESG strategy. And in turn, ethical thinking, structure, and resource planning from my sustainability work help me create more inclusive and impactful artistic spaces. I grew up across six countries and have the tattoo to prove it—one letter for every city I've made home so far. This life has made me deeply adaptable, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced change. Whether I’m zooming out to see the big picture or figuring out what’s broken on the ground, I enjoy solving problems that matter from all the angles I can find. I care most about work that supports social mobility, centres inclusion, and drives long-term cultural or environmental change. I’m especially interested in spaces that blend sustainability, storytelling, culture, and DEI—where strategy is grounded in real human experience. My activism isn’t loud, but it’s deliberate. I believe in mindset shifts, in critical conversations, and in quietly building systems that protect and support us.
