Conducted a peer-landscape study on climate knowledge and action for the company's India portfolio, including facilitating training sessions to guide deal teams on potential deal points. Leapfrog is a PE firm focused on social impact investing, and seeks to incorporate climate impact activities into its portfolio governance.

Led the rollout of Monday.com and Sharepoint to 150+ users at a university department, including management, project, legal, researcher, administrators & financial teams. Oversaw stakeholder management, evaluation of the transition progress, maintenance of key metrics, training and internal support.

Headed the Shell SG volunteering network as part of the company's wider Social Investment initiatives. Engaging with colleagues to create long-term, meaningful, mutually beneficial outreach programmes primarily with low-income students and families in our fenceline communities. Focussed on skills-based volunteering, and left the company with a stable programme that had a steady volunteering base of 450 active volunteers across 15 outreach initiatives in the year.

The company has designed several web-enabled tools and platforms that provide HR support across a company's transitions and needs. Notable products include P3 and ICE Cube.

Foundation Communications is a Singapore-based advertising agency specialising in property advertising in Singapore and the region. Worked as account executive & production coordinator. My role here included: - client servicing - acting as liaison between clients and the creative team - third party & media liaison - for production and media planning - traffic - some amount of work division planning, and cost/timeline planning

SNEHA is an NGO based in the slums of Mumbai, where they teach residents about women's and children's health and welfare issues and family planning. The organisation also counsels and assists women who are in difficult or abusive marriages, or who have left such situations and help them find their feet. As a volunteer during the launch of one of their new centres, we assisted in the development of a new database and catalogue system to help consolidate and analyse the information coming in from existing centres. This information was then used in re-focusing attentions to the more commonly required needs of the community in new and existing centres.

GPTW is a global consultancy and research institute dedicated to understanding, recognising and developing good workplace practices and cultures. As an intern, work involved data consolidation and archiving past projects & best practices for use in future case studies and workshops.
