Assist engineers during and repair work Wipe down lightning fixtures, windows, switchboard, grillwork meters, piping, window sills and all accessible surfaces as necessary Keeps the engine room, balcony, workshop, pump room and corridors clean Performs routine inspections and rounds of building mechanical rooms to identify items for maintenance Perform other job related tasks as assigned Replace all light bulbs in power plant Polish all brass in the engine room and keep the varnished wooden floor mopped and clean

Work area – main area of work is to overhaul& repair all type of marine plumbing work, overhauling of all types of valves, heaters, coolers in sea water systems, steam systems oil systems, pneumatic systems in engine room. And also have valuable experience in overhauling deck machinery such as windless, winches, cranes, derricks, hydraulic pumps &motors, hydraulic rams.
