AIL is a 500+ MN USD branded generics company with a strong presence in therapy areas like Women's Health, Gastro, Metabolics, Neuro, Vaccines and OTC with a total employee base of 3000+. Additional responsibility of HR Head for all Corporate Functions (Legal, IT, Facilities, Compliance, Fin Serv, Public Affairs, Govt Affairs). Led a brilliant team of ten very talented HR professionals during this stint.

Mondelēz International, Inc. (NASDAQ: MDLZ) is a whole new company that has been reimagined with a single focus in mind: create delicious moments of joy by sharing the world’s favorite brands. Launched on Oct. 1, 2012, and employing around 100,000 people around the world, Mondelēz International comprises the global snacking and food brands of the former Kraft Foods Inc. While Mondelēz International is new, the company’s brands are as diverse and rich with heritage as the 170 countries in which its products are marketed. My role entailed leading the resourcing vertical for Mondelez International across 5 key markets in Asia Pacific. Transitioned sourcing to 90%+ in-house in 2015. Worked with 9 of the brightest minds in talent acquisition across APAC during this time.

Lead HR Generalist for the Technology, Operations and Key Business Partner (Risk, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Strategy) Units covering 1300 colleagues.

Project Lead for the largest restructuring exercise in the Bank's history in India till then.

Project Lead for the Process and Structure workstream of the Resourcing Re-vamp Program across 5 key locations in Asia Pacific - Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Australia. Objective being the standardisation of hiring processes, technology and teams supporting the source to onboard cycle.

Joined the Bank as the Lead for the Resourcing COE. Role expanded to include pan India talent acquisition covering all businesses of the Bank. Led a team of 10 terrific recruiters. Re-looked tools being used for the selection process to bring in a higher level of correlation between selection and on-the-job performance.

HR Generalist supporting the International Business Unit that had operations across 20 countries in ME&A, SEA, South Pacific and the Caribbean. Key imperative being reduction in the people deployment costs at the overseas sites via localisation of jobs and repatriation of those returning.

Joined AP in the capacity of Recruitment Lead for the Company's managerial cadre - managed both graduate/MBA hiring across the top 15 B-schools in India and the experienced/lateral hiring across functions and locations.

Joined Accenture as an Intern during my last semester at SIBM, Pune. Was offered the opportunity to join the company on a full-time basis, post the internship. Worked with the BPO Business in its start up phase, leading the low cost hiring channels - employee referrals, direct, internet and walkin events.
