● Presently working under HUMANA which is one the biggest healthcare insurance company in USA. ● I am working as a part of a Humana's IVR IT Team, which develops and tests all of Humana's Interactive Voice Response systems which provides automated information about the members Claims, Benefits and variety of Information 24hrs/day and seven days a week. I have secured an opportunity to learn and use the Interaction Composer which is tool created by Convergys to design the Call Flows of IVR using .Net Coding and WCF services. ● Have also been a part of the Testing Team which prepares detailed test plans, acceptance criteria and test scenarios for each implementation in the project. ● Involved in Performance Testing, Regression Testing ,Smoke Testing and Load Testing . ● Analyzing , writing reports & communicating results to colleagues & managers.
