Product – Design Brochures, Flyers, Websites content Analysis and reporting – Analyse reports (sales, customer counts, etc.) for each and every solutions and present management for decision making. Implementation and configuration – Router, Firewalls, Switch, PABX, SDWAN, SASE, 3CX, WAF, LTE, 5G ,Access points Resource planning and task allocation for teammates. Follow up on tasks and ensure delivery deadline are met.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: • Plan, design, implement and manage solutions that meet the needs of customers • Remote assistance and guidance to customers with urgent request or faults during and after office hours. • Implementing of PRI/SIP Telephony services. Configuring PABX and IP phones for testing of the link. • Provide technical support to all Enterprise Solutions customers and troubleshooting of LAN & WAN • Design and implementations of QOS and VPN solutions • Design and implement security solutions for Enterprise customers • Assist Commercial Team in collecting customer business and technical requirements (Presales). • Project management of complex customer projects • Work on new product development and solutions • Deliver presentations, demonstrations and product training to both technical and non-technical audiences • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs, RFQs and RFPs Skills: • Leadership qualities and ownership of solving problems Analytical thinking / Problem solving skills • Excellent troubleshooting skill on LAN and WAN technology • Good Knowledge of QOS, GRE tunnels, Access-list, VPN and Load Balancing • Good knowledge on Security solutions and hands on experience on Firewall such as Fortinet • Fortigate configurations such as , SNAT, DNAT, Ipsec Tunnels, SSL VPN, Logs and reports, policies, Scheduling , DHCP , Application control, Anti spamming , URL filtering and more. • Fortigate SDWAN solution implementation- Hub and Spokes with policy base routing set up, ADVPN with hub and spokes • Fortigate firmware upgrade • Fortigate Internet load balancing and failover • Fortigate IPSEC load balancing and failover

• Responsible for networking, design, installation and maintenance services. • Supporting users and network administrators over the telephone and by email. • Maintain the company’s network infrastructure. • Networking and providing support for Windows, Macintosh and Linux issues. • Configuration and testing of any new hardware and software. • Travelling to client sites to help with installs, deployment, and troubleshooting. • Management of the daily data backup and retrieval scheme. • Installing and operating Windows desktop and server operating systems. • TCP/IP networking and hardware maintenance and repair. • Training new employees. • Assistance with training of staff and compiling procedural documentation. • Assisting the network manager with support requests. • Ensure computer hardware is safe & complies with health and safety legislation. • Applying patches in accordance with company procedures. • Print server configuration • Basic router and switch configuration • Maintenance of active directory and integration with other applications. • Maintaining backup system (DLO) for in-office desktop computers

 Follow up of orders and samples and ensure a streamline quality production  Assisted top management in preparing the short and long term plans to determine marketing objectives  Participate in putting the company strategies in short and long term.  Manage and monitor the operation of the plant and finish goods warehouse to ensure continuity of production and maintain organized receiving and dispatch of finish product.  Liaise with customers and suppliers via email, phones and video conferencing to ensure timely delivery of products and raw materials.  Preparing report and trend for weekly presentation to top management.  Ensure smooth running of orders and on time delivery.  Help in the preparation of the Costing of garments  Contribute in design and product development.
