Prepare local and overseas projects loading plans for smooth and on time delivery which helps to increase funds towards the company.

WORKING AS PRODUCTION MANAGER IN LIGHT GAUGE STEEL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY.

Taking care of press shop production palnning and on time final product delivery to the final customer. Properly execute FIFO , Kanban system and JIT ACTIVITY in controling stock and delivery. Properly communicate witht he suppliers and vendors regarding material delivery and defect corrective action plans. Active member of devlopment of material received procedures and logistic planning for delivery of body frame parts to final car production. properly display and arrangement of parts carrying trolleys with parts name displaying with no. of parts set in particular trolies. Discuss daily production plan and final car production plan with team press body framein dialy morning meeting for execution of plan v/s actual production. Daily discuss defects and customer compaints if received from the final customer with seniors and assosiates for taking proper corrective action plan.

Responsible for production execution from time of devlopment of door sash for honda new cars. Taken training in japan for new product devlopment and process operations execution,quality assurance etc. implement and given training to unskilled workers in india plant for achieving target production with zero defects . Attend customer complaint and given corrective action plan with preventive actions too. Attend and represent different product devlopment events organize by final custome honda cars for getting final quality product in time. Prepare ligistic plan as per customer final production schedule. Arrange daily menpower, materials and loading plan to asst. engineers for getting proper results.

Incharge of rollforming , weldshop and press shop operations in door sash plant for alto maruti suzuki. Responsible for preparing production schedules with proper planning for different process. Mapping different documentation preparation pertaining to the production and on line quality repoarts. Active member of kaizen team , and shutdown maintenace of amchines. Arrange all consumables and non consumable Items on daily basis for online machine operators ,welders and workers. Implement 5'son shop floor and always motivate team to doing so for making work envirinement very neat and clean.
