Business controller (Head finance) of the SilvassaWorks : • Manage financial performance for unit by providing timely financial analysis, highlighting monthly performance and key variances and recommending immediate corrective actions to enable improving cost efficiencies. • Strategic planning in terms of preparation and controlling of business plans. Reviewing the business results with the budgeted levels and continuous monitoring so as to achieve the desired results. • To manage the working capital by way of administration of current assets such as cash, receivables & inventories • Partner with Procurement in finalizing competitive Conversion Costs for the business. Partner with other groups to reduce manufacturing costs by participating in projects to reduce overall costs. • Directly responsible for financial and taxation accounting of all commercial transactions at unit in compliance with financial & accounting policies issued by entity Head Office finance. Plan and implement actions for proper accounts closing every month & enable proper reporting for Dashboard,Rolling Forecast, MIS, Schedules, and other reports every month/quarter/year. • Drive Regulatory Compliance at the unit to ensure that all the compliance gaps are closed in a timely manner with the agreement of all stakeholders and reviewing the tracking of the action plans and status on routine compliance. Marketing Finance Controller • Receivables management, pricing controls and ensuring nil exposures on account of price movements in the metal. • Ensuring back to back hedging for all metal sales. • Taking all strategic decisions by active participation in all negotiations, business review meetings. • Strategic planning in terms of preparation and controlling of business plans. Proper maintenance of all financial ledgers of Alwar unit. • Ensure proper maintenance of excise records of the unit. • Cost accounting for the unit viz. Preparing vehicle cost sheets, providing cost of production andproviding various data for Cost Audit. • Ensure statutory compliances i.e. Income Tax Laws, Excise Laws, Company Laws, Service Tax Laws, SalesTax etc. • Preparation of various MIS reports for Corporate Office and management aid. • Implementation of ERP at Alwar and providing analytical aid to EDP for system development. • Finalization of unit accounts and coordinating Internal ad Statutory Audits. • Monitoring inventory and store activities for proper materials management. • Ensure full compliance to all internal financial accounting checks and controls.

Ensure proper maintenance of all financial ledgers for the day to day business operations. • Looking after Sales Accounting, management of Accounts Receivables, monitoring collections keeping inmind the required business interest. • Financial and cost analysis, generating various MIS Reports to facilitate management decision and toimprove overall business profitability. • Engage in finalization of Factory Accounts and necessary audits related to the business i.e.Statutory and Internal. • Ensure Statutory compliances i.e Income Tax Laws, Excise Laws, Service Tax Laws, Sales Tax. • Preparing monthly reports for Head Office and solving H.O Queries. • Assisting the EDP Department in development of Accounting Software.
