My role involved but not limited to advising on various intellectual property matters, claims proposed on products & advertisements and employment matters, Coordinating with outside counsels on litigation and Managing and advising on corporate matters.

I was responsible for handling and advising to firm clients with the preparation of all legal documents such as leasing offers, lease agreements, sale agreements, employment contracts, contracts, legal correspondences and any other document that might involve legal implications, handling Corporate & Commercial Law and responsible for doing research & study of Lebanese Law & legal system; drafted legal notices & legal opinion such as labour, intellectual property, commercial & real estate and reviewed agreements, executing litigation practice covered drafting of rebuttals and determining litigation strategies in several areas of the law including commercial and financial matters, labor and social security, real estate, insurance, civil law, intellectual property and trademarks and Studying all legal aspects of Law.

Purview my overall role and responsibilities included providing advice on all corporate, commercial, litigation matters & compliance matters and attending investigation related issues. I was also responsible for drafting, reviewing, advising and negotiating on various types of contracts in various areas of law, including but not limited to employment contracts, distribution contracts, licensing agreements, joint venture agreements, co-packing agreements, supply agreements, media contracts and agency agreement.
