Part of the core team from the ground up - wore multiple hats across backend teams as the product evolved from 0 to a mature enterprise offering. 🚀 Platform & Backend Engineering - Architected scalable APIs and workflows to sync metadata across AWS, GCP, and Azure, enabling a centralized cloud asset inventory. - Led a full migration from Neo4j (GraphQL) to PostgreSQL (SQL), including schema redesign, and complete codebase revamp. - Designed and implemented multi-entity support across the platform. - Built a client configuration framework for feature flagging and modular deployments. ☁️ Cloud Infrastructure, Security & Compliance - Integrated AWS Config and 3rd-party tools for real-time cloud resource monitoring and discovery. - Developed and maintained a compliance engine that checks cloud resources against GDPR, HIPAA, DPDP, and custom frameworks. - Grouped data identifiers and controls under policies and frameworks for automated compliance scoring and reporting. 🔧 System Integrations & Architecture - Led the migration of a critical 3rd-party solution, one of the largest components in the system, delivering zero-downtime transition as lead developer. - Integrated 2-way Jira workflows to auto-create, assign, and sync tickets based on system-detected compliance violations. - Enabled event-driven architecture using AWS EventBridge for notifications and internal workflows. 🧪 Performance, Testing & Reliability - Implemented parallelism, retry mechanisms, and heartbeat monitoring to improve performance and system resilience. - Protected all query flows from SQL and Cypher injection, and used transaction-based queries to ensure data integrity. - Refactored legacy APIs and code, paying down tech debt while improving reliability and maintainability. 🤝 Customer Enablement & Leadership - Delivered customer onboarding, helping configure cloud integrations and optimize workflows for quicker deployments. - Supported real-time production debugging and deployment support.

Developed and maintained a large-scale system that deals with tremendous amount of load throughout the day. I comprehended the existing code base, worked on feature developments, and fixed production bugs. Optimized existing code for performance and scalability. In addition, I worked on the system redesign and came up with creative solutions to data challenges.

Worked on creating a backend microservice using Java Springboot. Developed a cloud-based chatbot with a backend server powered by NodeJS, NLP functionalities provided by Google Dialogflow, and user interaction provided by React JS application. The chatbot was also hosted on MS Teams and GChat.

Worked on developing iOS application using Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
