I'm an HR professional currently pursuing my PGDBA in Human Resource Management, with experience rooted in the healthcare sector and now expanding beyond it. Starting out across different healthcare setups taught me something invaluable, that great HR isn't industry-specific. It's about people, and people are everywhere. That realisation is what led me to take my next step at Argus Solutions India, where I'm now exploring HR in a broader, corporate environment. I've worked closely with recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and building positive employee experiences in fast-paced settings. But more than the processes, I care about the human side of it. Creating workplaces where every role feels valued and supported, regardless of the sector. I'm passionate about HR that goes beyond policies, focusing on culture, meaningful workplace experiences, and what it truly means to make an organisation people-first. And I'm excited to keep learning what that looks like across different industries. Outside of work, I enjoy researching workplace trends, experimenting with new ideas, and exploring better ways to make organisations more human-centred.
