When I was young, I'd gaze up at the night sky, captivated by the vastness of the universe. While I vaguely dreamed of becoming an astronaut, it was just one of many childhood aspirations. Later, I realized, what truly motivated me wasn't the profession itself, but a pure curiosity about the unknown, a fundamental desire to explore the undiscovered, and a drive to experiment and verify things with my own hands. This passion eventually led me to the world of programming. What attracts me to programming is how it balances unlimited creativity with logical thinking. Like building with Lego blocks, I can combine individual pieces of code to freely create new functions, while working within rigid logical structures. This fusion of creativity and logic is programming's greatest charm and why it never bores me. Currently, I work as a frontend engineer, involved in all stages of development from requirements definition to testing. In my daily work, I handle both frontend and backend development while taking a comprehensive view of the entire system. I implement core project features, resolve critical bugs, and work to improve system stability. I also actively engage in code reviews and provide technical consultation to team members. Watching my colleagues master new technologies and overcome challenges brings me great joy. Beyond my job, I enjoy developing tools that make daily life more convenient and experimenting with cutting-edge technologies. For instance, I created a book tracking app to organize my ratings on books I've read. I've also built a recommendation system using generative AI to discover hidden gems similar to anime I enjoy. These personal projects let me pursue topics I find genuinely interesting and provide perfect opportunities to test new technologies. For me, writing code is like journeying through an endless universe. With each bug I fix, new paths open up, and with each lesson learned, I move closer to unknown galaxies. As I type on my keyboard today, I hope that someday my journey of exploration will become a light that illuminates someone else's world.
