o Mainly responsible to seed talents for manufacturing companies in northern region. Involved in DL & IDL recruitment. 1. Understand Job Descriptions (JD) to source and hunt for potential candidates/right talents for client's open positions. 2. Design posters for job advertisements. Promote available vacancies via multiple platforms and assist candidates for the best fit job as per their qualification. 3. Review candidates' profiles/resumes from their applications on various platforms to match with the job requirements. 4. Prepare a resume template and submit it to account manager. 5. Arrange interview between candidates and clients/hiring managers if the candidates are shortlisted for the interview session. 6. Make sure to meet weekly target set by management and update the submission details on dashboard for review. 7. Support DL recruitment for clients' companies, from seeding candidate to conducting interviews for production operator positions. Achievements: 1.) Successfully closed 1 position within 2 weeks of employment. 2.) Achieved second top performance for Q2’24 with 8 closures. 3.) Ranked top among all consultants/REs with 12 successful hires (technician, executive, and manager level) in the 2024 calendar year.

• Do planning as per customer weekly build plan requirement • Check for material availability and production capacity to committing delivery date. • Prepare production schedule/build plan for SMT and MCOB process. • Ensure plan supports targeted and make sure each operation meets shipment dates. • Expedite operations that delay schedule and revise schedule to meet on time delivery (OTD). • Tracks/Monitors the progress of goods as they are being manufactured to ensure they remain on schedule. • Review weekly commit and highlight if there’s any issue supporting the customer requirement. • Work with customer on pull in or push out SSD. • Attend daily operation meeting on critical supply materials. • Working closely with NPI & MFG Teams for NPI & LVM lots delivery at Assembly. • Weekly maintenance of production machine tools output trackers. • Provide the following information to Operation Teams: - Daily die inventory (WIP + Die Avail) and in-transit information / unloaded dice. - Priority/Critical Lots - Daily loading plan and capacity utilization - Potential issue that may affect the cycle time/OTD/Shipment Goal - Support manufacturing in cycle time reduction. - Provide daily monitoring of output for critical product/area. - Coordinate with the concern group (e.g. PE, EQ, IE, Operation, Logistic, and Store) any issues that impact loading.

• Plan, coordinate and communicate with production to ensure proper execution and release of testing, marking and packing (TMP) schedule for new product (NPI)/ prepared shipment tracking for production to meet the SOD. • Monitor and manage WIP and FGS inventory per the goals that communicate. • Work with Industrial Engineer and operation on weekly operation output commit (AO/PO). • Liaise with Materials Planning to ensure sufficient support of both direct/indirect materials to support daily/weekly loading. • Provide priority to operation per the demand and close follow up with various departments to ensure smooth execution for day to day activities. • Conduct production/commit meeting with production teams, industrial Engineer and engineer. • Prepared weekly Performance Report for project, and etc. • Work with production people to track cycle time for all product in plant (eg: AMD and others sub-con product in plant). • Compile cycle time in PowerPoint slide for management meeting. • Make improvement for production meet cycle time target for each product. • Coordinate on Wafer Sort & TMP loading. • Communicate with Wafer Sort customer regarding forecast, priority loading, ship date and etc.

• Enter new service contract data into the system (Oracle & Siebel), ensuring data accuracy and process adherence. • Meets or exceeds all departmental or individual metrics associated with performance against service level agreements such as 3 Business Day turnaround time on contracts, responding to customers within 24hrs. • Provides price quotes on services contracts on request. • Ensure proper recording, tracking and filing of all assigned contracts. • Responds to customer or internal inquiries regarding service contract entitlements, invoice and purchase orders. • Escalates any new or complex problems to management for assistance. • May coordinate with other internal departments regarding order status, invoicing, discount, resolution of issues, etc. • Dealing with customers from China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Australia, Indonesia, India, and Malaysia.
