 Promoted to simultaneously manage multiple projects while supervising all aspects of subcontractors.  Responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling of up to 100 employees.  Worked closely with CEO, CFO, Project Managers and Delivery engineers, Process owners , Architects,  Structural designers, regarding constructability, timing, costs, and quality; reviewed performance against operating plans and standards, providing reports to subordinates on interpretation of results and approving changes in direction of plans. Achievements  In CAPEX we have saved 50 lkhs in project cost of 8 cr. And completed project before 3 month of target

 Supervised and Executed all construction activities including planning, execution and monitoring of the projects on Daily/weekly/Monthly Basis; providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction in coordinating with site management activities.  Identified & developed a vendor source for achieving cost effective purchase of equipment, accessories & timely delivery so as to minimize project cost and ensure on time payment to vendor  Performed QA / QC work for all projects including following Tests :  Details of Lab work :  Soil testing all test as per IS : 2720  NDT (Nondestructive Testing ) as per IS: 13311  Part I – Ultrasonic plus velocity, Part II – Rebound hammer  Mix Design as per IS : 10262  Physical and chemical Properties of steel as per IS : 1786  Physical Properties of Cement as per IS: 4031  Physical Properties of Coarse aggregate as per IS : 2386  Physical Properties of Fine aggregate as per IS : 2386  Cube Testing, Core Cutting Achievements  Completed complex project near dam with in time and achieved the highest rate of completion of 3 projects at a time
