• Work closely with job candidates, external recruiters and agencies, headhunters and other human resource professionals in support of a business’s hiring needs in India and FEAP regions. • Manage the flow of candidates thorough the recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to bringing new employees on board. • Conduct testing, screening and preliminary interviewing of potential employees. • Brand building of TDW to the prospective candidates while initial pre-screening. • Arrange travel for job candidates, schedule face-to-face interviews and act as liaison between the company and the candidates. • Interacting with department heads, and other managers and staff to coordinate the recruitment and hiring of new employees. • Manage vacancy and candidate records on software and, ensuring that all data and information is accurate and up to date. • Promote best recruitment practice, share ideas and information to ensure consistency through a value added services. • Proactively ensuring continuous improvement of the Sourcing processes and procedures. • Establish a sound MIS System and produce the necessary reports and forecasts in timely and accurate manner. • Prepare dockets for various stages involved in offer process.

 Collaborate with recruiting experts and technical managers to gain a deeper understanding of the requirement, demand and time-lines for staffing  Resume mining from various sources - company’s own database, recruitment agencies/consulting firms, multiple search engines and job portals and job boards, internal referrals etc.  Preliminary screening of resumes.  Brand building of Eclipsys to the prospective candidates while initial pre-screening.  Coordinating with the recruiters to ensure quality resumes are processed for interviews.  Assist in conducting drives and walk-ins when required  Administering technical tests when required.  Responsible for the creation and supply of a continuous pipeline of skilled professionals and meeting the recruitment targets  Provide external market/industry information to the Recruiting Team & Technical Managers  Proactively ensuring continuous improvement of the Sourcing processes and procedures.  Establish a sound MIS System and produce the necessary reports and forecasts in timely and accurate manner  Prepare dockets for various stages involved in offer process  Coordinate with the employees and the background verification agency  Discuss and explain the offer to the candidate

 Recruiting candidates for different positions, preparing offer letter, induction training & updating staff & applicants database.  Monitoring salary review, any confirmation due, promotion letters, scheduling regular appraisals & Training  Relieving an employee, processing employees ESIC registration if any & PF withdrawal of ex employee.  Organizing for a visa, travel insurance, foreign exchange advance, booking international air ticket, booking a cab, domestic travel by booking train tickets.  Organizing for hotels for staff & clients.  Updating leave balance record, book index DB, Purchase Order, General Post & Courier & Managing Office boys.

 Counseling students about the details regarding courses and universities in Australia, UK, Canada & New Zealand  Handling and initiating the Admission process with various universities  Coordinating with Foreign Representative of various universities during Road show and during their visit to our branch office  Counseling and handling all process required for spouse or dependent visa  Counseling various professionals for PR and SIR visa  Handling and initiating all the process required for PR and SIR visa
