- Contributed profoundly to 2 EU projects and 5 DLR internal projects. - Developed a Python-based TEA model for synthetic fuel production process - Modelled an ASPEN-based simulation model for solarized biomass gasification and pyrolysis processes. - Drafted guidelines for estimation of sustainability indicators and technology assessment based on EU norms. - Co-authored a TEA and LCA publications and several project milestone reports.

- Developed and validated a carbon capture process model in ASPEN Plus, integrating solar energy technology. - Designed and optimized solar technologies (CSP & PV) using HFLCAL and Greenius, improving carbon capture rate and utility consumption. - Conducted sensitivity analysis on 7 key parameters and shortlisted 4 optimal global locations based 6 key criteria. - Estimated levelized cost of CO2 capture based on a transient analysis using meteorological data. - Provided strategic recommendations for economic viability based on detailed cash flow analysis.

- Responsible for the scale up and instrumentation network design of 'Trocken Fisch' project. - Programmed Controllino Mega model for the acquisition of large dataset such as temperature, etc.

- Responsible to teach various critical concepts of algebra, geometry, and calculus to prepare incoming bachelor students for the advanced course.

• Steered up the designing, scale-up, and process optimization of 3 major projects. • Trouble-shooted various plant operation-related problems using technical and data analytical skills. • Performed heat integration of process plants to optimize water and energy consumption. • Managed a team for drafting technical documents like P&ID, Process Data Sheets, etc. • Developed and maintained the relations with external consultants and clients

• Proposed two cost-effective modifications for the ‘Food grade Sodium Nitrite’ project to meet the FSSAI quality norms. • Compared the methods after performing techno-economic feasibility analysis - Suggested modification in the utility section to optimize steam and water consumption by 4%.

• Performed exhaustive literature survey for the design and scale-up study of ‘Wall-Wetter’. • Conducted lab-scale experiments and developed correlation between 5 main parameters. • Built a mathematical model for ejecting flow using advanced Fluid Mechanics concepts.
