Support product launches by ensuring regulatory readiness and compliance before market entry. Collaborate cross-functionally to align procurement, logistics, and compliance with business strategy and operational goals. Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends impacting supply chain and logistics operations.

Responsible for managing end-to-end procurement process. Sourced vendors, built relationships and negotiated prices, lead time, delivery term, payment term and all necessary benefit. Define, control and revise MRP stock levels for all fast moving items in coordination with Sales and Customer Service Teams. In charge of issuing of Purchase orders to domestic and oversea suppliers as well as creating Purchase Order through SAP. Coordinate with suppliers to arrange delivery schedules in accordance with the stock level and customer order requirement. Prepare import shipment plan ensuring timely, accountable and cost-effectively delivery of shipment. Prepare and check all shipment documents and provide the internal and external partner with the required documentation. Issue complaints with vendors in case of quality problems or incorrect shipments (damaged goods, shortage, overage etc) Prepare the import license or certification with the TISI institute before proceeding with the shipment if those items are required.

​​​​​​Manage the purchase of packaging, raw material e.g. coal, gypsum, RDF garbage both local and oversea purchasing. Coordinate with suppliers, engineering, production line and store department to ensure that packaging or raw material will be delivered on schedule. Negotiate with suppliers to search for the best possible condition of purchase order e.g. best price, payment term, delivery term and lead time etc. Coordinate with freight forwarder for import shipment from foreign country both sea freight and air freight term. Provide the shipping documents to support Import/Export department for the process of custom clearance.

Manage the purchase of garden tools by OEM term with suppliers from China and Taiwan. Negotiate with suppliers to search for the best possible condition of purchase order e.g. best price, payment term, delivery term and lead time etc. Prepare and issue the purchase order and L/C form. Coordinate with freight forwarder and shipping agent for import shipment from China / Taiwan both sea freight and air freight term.
