Market Linkages & Developing a Regional Outsourcing Hub Programs Manager @ DAI
About
Entrepreneurship is not only about business—it is a catalyst for resilience, opportunity, and transformation. I am driven by the belief that innovation can unlock growth, connect communities, and create hope where it is most needed. As Market Linkages & Regional Outsourcing Hub Programs Manager for the US$24.5M Innovative Private Sector Development II Project (IPSD II)—funded by the World Bank and the European Union and implemented by DAI for the Palestinian Ministry of National Economy—I design and lead initiatives that strengthen market access for startups and SMEs, foster B2B partnerships and investment, and advance the development of a regional outsourcing hub to position Palestine as a competitive provider of high-value digital services. I am continually inspired by the resilience and determination of Palestinian entrepreneurs and youth. My role allows me to help amplify their voices and create conditions for them to succeed—whether through market access programs, investment facilitation, or skills development. I believe that today’s youth are tomorrow’s global leaders, and that true leadership lies in critical thinking, courage, and the ability to look beyond the surface to address root causes. My mission is to help pave the way for a future where Palestine stands as an independent, sovereign state that nurtures entrepreneurial talent and creates value and opportunity both nationally and globally.

Early Stage Financing Officer
Taking lead on the IGNITE Investment Readiness program; guiding it through its four cohorts. Throughout IGNITE, IPSD has provided support to 60+ high-potential tech start-ups and innovative SMEs, offering them a comprehensive 13-week, coach-led and tailored support program to prepare them to raise equity investment. One important aspect of IGNITE has been our financial assistance. Participating start-ups and SMEs had the opportunity to receive up to US $50,000 in funding, which aimed to address any shortcomings identified during the program. This financial support was crucial in improving the likelihood of securing future investments within a short time frame. It has been a pleasure to witness the growth and development of these companies as they strive to achieve their goals.
