Provided technical support in the structuring, execution, and monitoring of maintenance processes within the Onshore Maintenance department, targeting the reliability and availability of machinery, tooling, and facility systems across Production Assets.

Provided support to the operations of the Polvo, Tubarão Martelo, Frade, and Albacora Leste assets, involving performance indicators tracking, data collection and analysis, and assistance in creating operational reports. Collaborated with Operations, Maintenance, and Facilities teams to ensure compliance with internal procedures, HSE guidelines, and O&G regulations. Participated in identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize and standardize performance tracking across assets.

Developed logistical studies on the domestic and international oil transshipment and petroleum derivatives distribution markets, applying insights to business models and service offerings. Analyzed the production and distribution chain of the O&G sector. Monitored E&P volumes in the Brazilian market, player by player.

Provided administrative, operational, and analytical support to the Legal Department through the development of dashboards, workflows, and interactive spreadsheets for performance and budget analysis.

At DAEC UFF, I held leadership roles as President, Marketing Director, and Sports Secretary. These positions helped me develop key soft skills like strategic leadership, effective communication, and teamwork. I became adept at managing diverse teams, coordinating events, and overseeing multiple projects.
