I support families in crisis and empower them to become a stronger unit. Multi agency working, bringing a team together to work with a family through a CAF and TAF. Have experience of opening and closing Core Assessment Framework and as a lead professional. I am very innovative in my support role and passionate about helping those who are vulnerable and need support. Advocate on behalf of all family members, be that housing, education, debt, probation, police etc.

Support young homeless people aged 16-24 within a supported accommodation scheme to become independent. Support them through managing a tenancy, education, employment, training and budgeting effectively. Assist in helping young person apply for benefits, registering with local housing authorities, build self confidence. I have extensive experience in support planning & needs and risk assessments. I am a highly experienced officer who has had many success stories in empowering young people to go on and live independently. One of my many achievements was raising funding, organising and succeeding in sending 2 of our customers on a Rayleigh Expedition to Costa Rica and Borneo for 10 weeks. I am extremely proud of this, and being a part of someone's life changing experience.

I have extensive experience in supporting young people aged 16-24 who are homeless. My current role involves supporting customers within a supported accommodation setting. I provide advice and guidance around tenancy management, ETE and emotional issues. I am a diverse support officer that caters to each individuals needs - I empower people and I change lives.

Activities and Societies: Was an active player for the Schools Tennis team. Had swimming trial for England
