𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 - 𝐎𝐫𝐞𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 🔹Evaluate the existing chemical pretreatment process of the client and implement innovative chemical solutions to improve efficiency and revenue. 🔹Gathered data and samples related to the pre-treatment process and performed comprehensive laboratory experiments, tests and trials. 🔹Developed a surface additive/stabilizer chemical product including the formulation development and trials which helped to reduce bottlenecks in the pre-treatment process and resulted in a saving of USD 500k. 🔹Prepared technical data sheets and safety sheets for the chemical products and conducted training for the safe disposal of hazardous waste.
