Responsible Enterprises Against Consumer Harassment (R.E.A.C.H.) is a California-based nonprofit trade organization (tax-exempt status pending) committed to protecting consumers from unwanted robocalls and deceptive marketing practices. Our mission is to elevate industry standards in lead generation and direct-to-consumer marketing by promoting transparency, accountability, and ethical outreach. Through education, advocacy, and the development of best practices, we work to reduce fraud, enhance call deliverability, and restore trust in consumer communications. As a board member, I work alongside industry leaders to drive responsible outreach practices, enhance consumer protections, and shape policies that promote ethical lead generation and contact center operations.

During this time, I launched and led multiple innovative digital ventures, gaining deep experience in online advertising, social networking, and digital media platforms.
