Since I am holding a dual position, my role can be divided into two aspects: Project Manager - my objective is to ensure the correct development of every new project in coordination with the COO. This means focusing on design, manufacturing (internal and external) and start-up processes. Additionally, I am in direct contact with the final customer to provide updates about the status of the project. In the final stages of the project, I am in charge of supervising the installation at the customer's facilities and carrying out the SAT (site acceptance test). Technical Office Lead - as part of the technical office team, I am in charge of ensuring that the design and functionality of the equipment complies with specifications agreed in the contract. This means designing new equipment, updating previous designs or validating proposals from external sources. In addition, I also provide support to our suppliers when manufacturing challenges are detected.
